First earthquake of the trip just (actually thought there was a minor one yesterday but could’ve been my mind playing tricks on me). It only lasted maybe 10-15 seconds. I’ve experienced worse but I’m not sure I could ever get totally used to them.

Just woken up to the news of the massive earthquake and subsequent tsunami in Japan. It sounds like mayhem even in Tokyo with no trains running at all according to a friend. I hope all of you are Ok.
