I’m sitting on a train which will terminate at Shinjuku, Tokyo. This mobile blogging is new to me so I’m anxious to see how well it works. As I have for the past few days, I tested my new site for the new module I need this morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it has been installed, even though I have had no email to inform me of such. Well, in any case, I have started installing the necessaries, notably, [...] Adding additional modules and testing before deployment (you can tell I deal with computers with this techy chat!) Sent an email hassling the support guys to fix my ftp account. In fact I provided the answer, so I’m not that impressed by them not working it out sooner. Oh well, at least I can connect now. I have requested that they install extra perl modules for my hugely interactive site. Let’s hope it [...] Immediate web hosting problems & domain going live. Domain name registered. Fiddling with movable type. Dreamweaver doesn’t like the unknown tags and the wysiwyg is not working properly. First post to notestomyself! |
