Why does Docomo block mails from .com addresses?! Also, why isn’t ‘Docomo’ actually ‘Dokomo’?!

Luckily for you I worked in the telecom industry in Japan for years and know the answer to your question. Docomo was one of our customers when I was working in Japan.

“DoCoMo” stands for ” mmunication over the bile Network”. I added the to make it clear where DoCoMo comes from. I am not kidding you either, check wikipedia if you don’t believe me (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DoCoMo). Very Japanese though, no?
