Although apparently available since last year I’d never noticed Red Bull Shots until I stumbled across this display in a London shop.

I wonder how these drinks compare the the tiny energy drinks in Japan? I used to love those things but I’m sure they weren’t the healthiest drinks in the world…
I picked up a few of these and the Relentless ones going through the stations near work. I got them because they were free, but couldn’t bring myself to drink them. It seems like they are basically caffine and sugar. So you would likely buzz, then crash.
On another note, today I picked up some Marmite breakfast bars for free at the station. Don’t like Marmite, but they were free

hi Darren - I avoid stimulants like Red Bull like the plague - not healthy in my opinion! Much prefer a bottle of water, fruit, and plenty of sleep to give real energy, rather than fake energy which always leads you down the wrong path.
Dom, I agree, I won’t go near drinks like Red Bull either. There’s nothing like a good night’s sleep to feel good but I can’t say I get a good night’s sleep all that often. Then, fruit… 5 a day?!
