My Sony C905 was returned today by special delivery. Considering the Christmas period, the 2-3 week turnaround wasn’t too bad. It came back in a nice little box and was shrink wrapped inside.

Thankfully, the speaker in the ear piece is working again and I managed to import all my old contacts and messages from my old phone, including any new ones from the phone I’ve been using temporarily.

Though being impressed with after-sales support is one thing I’d prefer a phone with fewer hardware faults in the first place.
